Symptoms 

Windows VPS backup fails in SolusVM 2:

SVM_ERROR: cannot backup "32ab24a2-d0dc-4967-b3cf-0f05e857af62" domain's disks: failed to backup to local FS: failed to create snapshots for VM's disks: failed to get mount points of "32ab24a2-d0dc-4967-b3cf-0f05e857af62" VM: Unable to encode message payload

Cause

This is SolusVM 2 bug with ID #SIO-3061 which will be fixed in future SolusVM 2 updates.
