Unable to add a CR "Command returns code 1 and output: the RabbitMQ port "5671" is not accessible: dial tcp xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5671: i/o timeout".

Symptoms 

Attempt to add a CR is failed with the error:

SVM_ERROR: Error "Command returns code 1 and output: the RabbitMQ port "5671" is not accessible: dial tcp xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5671: i/o timeout" when add CR.

Cause

Missing a record for a management node in the host file of the CR

Resolution

Add record in the /etc/hosts file on the CR
