Symptoms 

internal error: QEMU unexpectedly closed the monitor
qemu-kvm: warning: TSC frequency mismatch between VM (2394310kHz) and host (2199997kHz), and TSC scaling unavailable
qemu-kvm: Failed to put registers after init: Invalid argument

Cause

CPU frequency Mismatch between Source and Destination Compute Resources.

Resolution

Use Offline migration.

Live migration has some limitations: Migration Limitations.

Vote for the corresponding migration improvement.
