Symptoms 

VM backup fail in SolusVM 2:

SVM_ERROR: error: Timed out during operation: cannot acquire state change lock (held by monitor=remoteDispatchDomainBlockJobAbort)

Cause

SolusVM 2 bug with ID #SVM2-138(SIO-6122) which was fixed in SolusVM version 2.0.0-34376

Resolution

Update SolusVM 2 to the latest version.
