Cannot migrate VM : Virtual Machine is migrated possibly with errors, because it still exists on the source

Symptoms 

Unable to migrate VM from SolusVM 2.

PRODUCT_ERROR: Cannot migrate VM "5bd2bc84-9509-45d8-9979-5f8e71706b89": Virtual Machine "5bd2bc84-9509-45d8-9979-5f8e71706b89" is migrated possibly with errors, because it still exists on the source

Cause

There are entries related to the same VM, existing in a destination CR.

Resolution

1. Stop/shutdown the VPS (destination CR)

2. Run

   # virsh undefine <UUID> --remove-all-storage

   UUID should be taken in the error message above, e.g.:

   # virsh undefine 5bd2bc84-9509-45d8-9979-5f8e71706b89 --remove-all-storage
