Symptoms 

Adding new CR gets stuck on 'Comissioning' stage in SolusVM 2 if the IP restriction is applied for the admin user

Cause

SolusVM 2 bug with ID #SIO-4938 which was fixed in SolusVM Version 2.0.0-28894

Resolution

Update SolusVM 2 to the latest mainline version.
