Symptoms 

VNC console does not work for VZ VPSes imported from SolusVM to SolusVM 2

Cause

SolusVM 2 bug with ID #SIO-4951 which was fixed in SolusVM version 2.0.0-29082

Resolution

Update SolusVM 2 to the latest mainline version.
