Compute Resource(CR) is failing to upgrade SolusVM 2

Symptoms 

Compute Resource (CR) is failing to upgrade SolusVM 2

Cause

Connectivity issue preventing CR to be updated.

Resolution

1. Run the following on the CR to restart SolusVM 2 agent:

   # systemctl restart solus-agent

2. Make sure ports are opened between CRs and Management server:
   What ports are required to be opened for SolusVM 2?
3. Check the status within a couple of minutes.

In case the steps above are not helpful - use the following to force an upgrade task for available CRs:

1. Access Management server via SSH

2. Access solus_api container:

   # docker exec -ti $(docker ps | grep api | awk '{print $1}') sh

3. Run the upgrade:

   # php artisan computeResource:upgrade

It will initiate an upgrade for all available CRs.
