All graphs have Unavailable status in WHMCS for VPS instances created on SolusVM nodes

Symptoms

All graphs have Unavailable status in WHMCS for VPS instances created on SolusVM nodes

Cause

Integration between WHMCS and SolusVM master node is misconfigured

Resolution

1. Log into WHMCS
2. Browse to Setup > Products/Services > Server > SolusVM_master_server
3. Update the connection with new API username/password generated in SolusVM
4. On WHMCS server side, browse to Setup > Products/Services > Servers page and click to edit SolusVM server settings page. Make sure that the following lines added to Access Hash field in WHMCS:

   CONFIG_TEXT: <port>443</port>
   <ssl_verifypeer>no</ssl_verifypeer>
   <ssl_verifyhost>no</ssl_verifyhost>

   

5. Verify that Secure checkbox is ticked
6. Click Save Changes button
