Symptoms 

Statistics graphs are not displayed in WHMCS:

SVM_INFO: Unavailable

SolusVM hostname is specified on Setup > Product/Services > Servers > SolusVM server page

Cause

WHMCS module solusvmpro is configured to use IP address instead of hostname

Resolution

Force module connection to SolusVM via hostname:

  1. Access WHMCS
  2. Browse to Setup > Product/Services > Servers > SolusVM server page
  3. Add the following line to Access Hash field along with others:

    SVM_INFO: <connect-via-hostname>yes</connect-via-hostname>

  4. Save changes
