Unable to create SolusVM VPS through WHMCS: Error: No nodes found in node group

Symptoms

Unable to create SolusVM VPS through WHMCS:

SVM_ERROR: No nodes found in node group.

Cause

Incorrect configuration - in SolusVM > Nodes > Node Groups group that is configured in Module Settings of a WHMCS product does not have any SolusVM nodes.

Resolution

1. Login to SolusVM admin interface.

2. Open Nodes > Edit Node next to a node that should be assigned to the required Node Group.

3. Set the correct group in Node Group field and click Save.
