After SolusIO update to 1.1.11033 new VPSes hosted on Ubuntu 20 or Debian 10 CR hang during boot

Symptoms 

After SolusIO update to 1.1.11033 new VPSes hosted on Ubuntu 20 or Debian 10 CR hang during boot with:

random: fast init done

or

random crng init done

Cause

The issue is submitted as a bug #SIO-1942 which was fixed in the build 1.1.11382.

Resolution

Update SolusIO to the build 1.1.11382 at SolusIO > System Updates
