Symptoms 

SolusIO Client area CSS layout broken - monochrome color layout, some boxes are empty.

Cause

The colors are set as blank in Branding section at SolusIO > Settings > Client Area

Resolution

  1. Login to SolusIO admin panel
  2. Open SolusIO > Settings > Client Area
  3. Set the fields under Branding section as default by click the corresponding buttons and click Save:
