Dropdown for operating system on virtual servers create page is not resized in SolusIO

Symptoms 

Dropdown for operating system is not resized on virtual servers create page at SolusIO > Virtual Servers > Add Server

Cause

SolusIO bug #SIO-2131 which was fixed in SolusIO version 1.1.14247

Resolution

Update SolusIO to the latest mainline version.
