After update to 1.1.12990 unable to create VPSes with LVM in SolusIO

Symptoms 

After update to 1.1.12990 unable to create VPSes with LVM:

CONFIG_TEXT: Storage in enabled state of type lvm with enough free space for Plan name 4gb LVM disk size 25 GB was not found

Cause

Bug with ID #SIO-2311 which was fixed in SolusIO version 1.1.13156

Resolution

Update SolusIO to the latest mainline version.
