Unable to add additional IP address in SolusIO VPS: 500 Internal Server Error

Symptoms

Unable to add additional IP address in SolusIO VPS:

Cause

This is a product bug with ID SIO-3021 which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.

Resolution

As a workaround:

1. Access SolusIO Administrator area.

2. Stop the affected VPS in SolusIO > Virtual Servers.

3. Add an IP address.

4. Start the necessary VPS again.
