Symptom

Unable to edit VPS name in SolusIO admin panel though it is possible to edit it in Client panel

Cause

SolusIO bug with ID #SIO-3456 which was fixed in SolusIO version 1.1.21189

Resolution

Update SolusIO to the latest mainline version.
