SolusIO management node services got stuck in a redeployment loop after SolusIO update to 1.1.21189

Symptoms 

• SolusIO management node services got stuck in a redeployment loop after SolusIO update to 1.1.21189 - Every 2 minutes SolusIO attempts to upgrade SolusIO Compute Resources even though the CRs are of the latest version.
• On Management node in the log /var/log/solus/installer.log there is the following error:

  CONFIG_TEXT: time="2021-10-25 23:41:24" level=error msg="failed to send message to rabbitmq \"{\\\"id\\\":20438,\\\"data\\\":{\\\"status\\\":\\\"done\\\",\\\"output\\\":\\\"The system was updated to version 1.1.21313.\\\",\\\"progress\\\":100}}\": Exception (504) Reason: \"channel/connection is not open\""

Cause

SolusIO bug with ID #SIO-3776 which was fixed in SolusIO version 1.1.21390

Resolution

Update SolusIO to the latest mainline version
