Symptoms 

Unable to create SolusVM 2 VM:

SVM_ERROR: No available IP blocks exist

Cause

There are no free IPs in the IP Block assigned to Compute Resource.

Resolution

Add free IP to IP Block assigned to Compute Resource or add another IP Block.
