Attempt to install KVM slave on Almalinux 9.6 failed with error:

Cause

libguestfs-plesk repo is incompatible with AlmaLinux 9. 

The case was identified and submitted as a product issue with the ID SVM-4138

Resolution

Fixed in SolusVM Version 1.30.09

Update your SolusVM 1 to the latest possible version.
