Unpaid Invoice and Service suspension notifications due to WHMCS billing system outage

Impact

On 22 February 2024 we had experienced a service outage for our SolusVM billing service.

"Service Suspension Notification" and "Unpaid Invoice Notification" were sent for the active and paid licenses.

Call to action

SolusVM paid and active licenses were not affected by outage and will remain active. The notifications "Service Suspension Notification" and "Unpaid Invoice Notification" can be safely ignored
