How to reissue license in SolusVM Client Area?

Answer

In some cases, like changing of Master SolusVM IP address, it is requried to re-issue license installed on this master. The steps below describe the procedure:

1. Log into Client Area
2. Browse to Licenses > My Licenses page:
   
3. Click on the License you want to re-issue
4. On the license page set the valid IP address in Valid IPs field and clieck Re-issue button:
   

Note: that number of re-issues is limited by 10. If the corresponding error is shown, submit a ticket to SolusVM Support

Note: Trial license cannot be re-issued by the customer on his own. In that case contact SolusVM Support with re-issue request.

Warning: If the license has been purchased not from SolusVM directly, but via its reseller, contact the reseller to re-issue it.
