Unable to start VPS on a new Almalinux node: unsupported configuration: VNC password is 18 characters long, only 8 permitted

Symptoms 

Unable to start VPS on a new SolusVM KVM slave node running Almalinux 8 or Centos 8 Stream: 

SVM_ERROR: unsupported configuration: VNC password is 18 characters long, only 8 permitted

Cause

SolusVM internal bug with release note ID of SVM-3488 which was fixed in SolusVM version 1.27.02

Resolution

Update SolusVM to at least version 1.27.02 or newer.
