VPS created in SolusVM 2 is stuck on Booting from Hard Disk

Symptoms

SolusVM 2 VPS is stuck on booting when Disk Bandwidth and/or Disk IOPS is set to a limit in SolusVM 2 > Compute Resource > Plans:

CONFIG_TEXT: Booting from Hard Disk

Cause

Insufficient parameters of a plan used to create the affected VPS.

Resolution

  1. Login to SolusVM 2 Administrator area.
  2. Create a new plan in SolusVM 2 > Compute Resources > Plans > Add Plan.

  3. In Change Resource Limits set bigger value for Disk I/O bytes per second and Disk I/O operations per second limits, then click Save.
