Reset root password functionality does not work for Windows VPSes in SolusVM 2

Symptoms 

Reset root password functionality does not work for Windows VPSes in SolusVM 2.
The task finishes successfully, email with a new password is sent to the client.
However, the password does not work.

Cause

Bug SIO-2143 which was fixed in SolusVM 2 1.1.12394.

Resolution

Update SolusVM 2 to the latest mainline version.
