Openvz vps creation fails on Solusvm 2 virtuozzo

Symptoms 

OpenVZ VPS creation fails on SolusVM 2 Compute Resources with Virtuozzo 7.0.19 or 7.5.4 version with the following error:

SVM_ERROR: failed to create the virtual server: internal error: cannot mix caller fds with blocking execution

Cause

This is OpenVZ bug #OVZ-7403

Resolution

As a workaround downgrade Virtuozzo on CR to 7.0.18 or 7.5.3 correspondingly.
