Cannot create VPS backup in SolusVM 2: cannot freeze mount points of "df5" domain: cannot get response from libvirt within 10m0s

Symptoms 

Cannot create a backup of SolusVM 2 VPS. The following output can be found in the log file /var/log/solus/:

CONFIG_TEXT: cannot backup "df51615c-034f-47e1-83d4-7c6e1a294aa4" domain's disks to "/usr/local/solus/tmp/backups/24" directory: cannot freeze mount points of "df51615c-034f-47e1-83d4-7c6e1a294aa4" domain: cannot get response from libvirt within 10m0s

Cause

SolusVM 2 bug #SIO-2837 which was fixed in SolusVM 2 version 1.1.16575

Resolution

Update SolusVM 2 to the latest mainline version.
