Symptoms
Notification about SolusIO VPS creation is sent to admin user instead of the VPS owner when VPS is created from WHMCS
Cause
This is a bug #SIO-4452 which was fixed in SolusIO version 1.7.0-25496
Resolution
Update SolusIO to the latest mainline version
