Usage API reports incorrect usage in SolusIO -finished billing usages are prolonged to the end of the month

Symptoms 

Usage API reports incorrect usage in SolusIO - usage is calculated as if a service was used until the end of the month

Cause

SolusIO bug with ID #SIO-4504 which was fixed in SolusIO version 1.8.0-26046

Resolution

Update SolusIO to the latest mainline version.
