Unable to start vps after reinstallation in Solusvm 2

Symptoms 

Unable to start VPS in SolusVM 2 after reinstallation:

SVM_ERROR: Cannot access storage file '/usr/local/solus/cache/ee439b787595fdddf1d0ae0766307e9f': No such file or directory

Cause

VPS is set to boot from "rescue ISO"

Resolution

1. Log in to SolusVM 2 admin panel
2. Go to SolusVM 2 > Virtual Servers > affected VPS > Rescue tab
3. Select to "boot from disk"
4. Reinstall VPS once again
