How to restrict an access for the user based on the specific IP address in SolusVM 1 and 2?

IP could be changed

In some cases, the IP addresses of the Technical Support team may differ from those specified below. In such cases, the exact IP address to allow will be specified additionally in the ticket.

Access to the SolusVM UI can be limited for a specific user by following the steps outlined below:

For SolusVM 1
  1. Login to UI
  2. Navigate to Configuration > AdminCP Whitelist > Add IP in Whitelist

  3. Specify the allowed IP addresses from the list below
For SolusVM 2
  1. Login to UI
  2. Navigate to Access > Users
  3. Press Edit to edit the user settings

  4. Specify the allowed IP addresses from the list below in the Allowed IPs field




 

Note: If remote access to the server is limited with firewall, please make sure that it is allowed from SolusVM Support IP addresses:

2a09:bac0:1001:68e::/64
2a09:bac0:1000:16c2::/64
195.214.233.0/24
91.204.24.0/22
