Bandwidth Usage Doubling After OS Reinstall on SolusVM2 VPS and CRs

Cause

This is SolusVM 2 bug with ID #SIO-6103 which was fixed in SolusVM version 2.0.0-34357

Resolution

Update SolusVM 2 to the latest mainline version
