Symptoms 

Import from SolusVM to SolusVM 2 precheck fails:

SVM_ERROR: converting driver.Value type []uint8 (\"1.099511627776E+19\") to a int64: invalid syntax"}

Cause

SolusVM 2 bug with ID #SIO-4939 which was fixed in SolusVM version 2.0.0-28820

Resolution

Update SolusVM 2 to the latest mainline version.
