Unable to enable IP spoofing for imported VMs in SolusVM 2

Symptoms 

Unable to enable IP spoofing for imported VMs in SolusVM 2:

SVM_ERROR: linux nettools rule "ip_spoofing" does not exist in rule list

Cause

SolusVM 2 bug with ID #SIO-5420 which was fixed in SolusVM Version 2.0.0-31392

Resolution

Update SolusVM 2 to the latest mainline version.
