Guest tools installation fails after Solusvm import

Symptoms 

• Guest Tools installation fails for VPS imported from SolusVM to SolusVM 2:

  SVM_ERROR: Guest Tools installation failed: wait for qemu guest agent in "86dc2a32-4cfe-4dbf-98f9-5737461da054" to come online: QEMU Guest Agent not connected within 10m0s: context deadline exceeded last err: QEMU guest agent not connected

• After failed attempt to install Guest tools VPS boots in dracut emergency mode

Cause

SolusVM 2 bug with ID #SIO-5342 which was fixed in SolusVM version 2.0.0-30996

Resolution

Update SolusVM 2 to the latest mainline version.
