SolusVM 2 import fails with "Api\v1\ClusterImports\Jobs\ClusterImportJob has been attempted too many times or run too long"

Symptoms 

Api\v1\ClusterImports\Jobs\ClusterImportJob has been attempted too many times or run too long. The job may have previously timed out.

There are more than a thousand of servers/IPs in the import queue.

Cause

SolusVM bug #SVM-3835 which was fixed in SolusVM version 1.29.03

Resolution

Update SolusVM to the latest mainline version.
