Creating a VM in WHMCS module for SolusVM 2 failed:"`400 Bad Request` response: { "message": "No available compute resources exist." }"

Symptoms 

VM cannot be created in WHMCS module:

SVM_ERROR: Failed to place new order: Client error: `POST https://i.oakidc.com/api/v1/servers` resulted in a `400 Bad Request` response: { "message": "No available compute resources exist." }

Cause

Misconfiguration of WHMCS module

Resolution

1. Go to Compute Resources > CR_name > Storage tab and check what storage types are enabled
2. Go to Plans > Find a plan that you used in WHMCS > Verify that it has the same storage plan
3. Check if the CR is not included in the backup if offers a backup in the plan
4. Check if there are IPs available
