Symptoms
Logical volumes of KVM/Xen virtual servers are not listed on LVM manager page in SolusVM UI
Cause
This is a SolusVM bug #SVM-1155 and fixed since version 1.21.01
Resolution
Upgrade SolusVM to the latest stable version
