KVM VPS's LVM not listing on LVM manager in SolusVM UI.

Symptoms 

Logical volumes of KVM/Xen virtual servers are not listed on LVM manager page in SolusVM UI Nodes > List Node > Manage node(exact node) > LVM Manager

The host node is based on CentOS 7 distribution and has lvm2 package installed newer than 2.02.166(2):

# rpm -qa | grep lvm
lvm2-libs-2.02.177-4.el7.x86_64
lvm2-2.02.177-4.el7.x86_64

Cause

This is a SolusVM bug #SVM-1155 and fixed since version 1.21.01

Resolution

Upgrade SolusVM to the latest stable version
