Symptoms

The Create Virtual Server button in Admin UI > Virtual Servers > Add Virtual Server does not do anything upon clicking on it.

Cause

SolusVM bug with ID #SVM-3792 which was fixed in SolusVM version 1.28.22

Resolution

Update SolusVM to the latest mainline version.
