SolusVM AutoFTP Backup feature fails: /usr/local/solusvm/tmp/ftpbackup.pid already exists

Symptoms

SolusVM AutoFTP backup task fails with the following error:

CONFIG_TEXT: /usr/local/solusvm/tmp/ftpbackup.pid already exists

Cause

There is an orphaned ftpbackup.pid process file for completed or failed backup task

Resolution

1. Connect to slave node via SSH
2. Remove PID file:

   # rm -rf /usr/local/solusvm/tmp/ftpbackup.pid

3. Wait for next attempt to run scheduled backup task
