Fail to start KVM VPS in SolusVM: Unable to create cgroup

Symptoms 

• Fail to start KVM VPS in SolusVM - VPS stays offline
• When trying to start VPS in debug mode at SolusVM > Virtual Servers > VPS > Reboot(Debug) there is the error:

  CONFIG_TEXT: error: Failed to create domain from /home/kvm/kvm101/kvm101.xml
  error: Unable to create cgroup for kvm101: No such file or directory

Resolution

1. Connect to the slave KVM node
2. Restart libvirtd service:

   # service libvirtd restart
