Symptoms 

When an additional IP is removed from a SolusVM VPS, the rules for the IP is not removed from ebtables on the corresponding Slave node.

Cause

SolusVM bug #SVM-3026 which was fixed in SolusVM version 1.25.09

Resolution

Update SolusVM to the latest mainline version.

If the update is not the option at the moment use the below workaround:

Workaround
  1. Connect to the Slave node via SSH
  2. Run the command:

    # /etc/init.d/solusvm-ipsecure restart
