Is it possible to configure an action that will be executed on a slave node (post-delete hook) when SolusVM VPS is removed?

Answer

Currently, It is not possible to set up execution of any action/command upon VPS removal - such a hook does not exist.

Vote for implementation of additional action hooks (including post-delete) in our UserVoice. Highly-rated suggestions are more likely to be implemented.
