  • Unable to access SolusVM Master web interface via the domain name: not resolved
  • It is possible to access it with the IP address.

Cause

The domain name is not resolved globally.

Resolution

Contact your domain name registrar and verify that A record is configured for the domain name and points to correct IP address.
