Symptoms

• AutoFTP Backup fails to start. The following error is shown in SolusVM > Nodes > <the affected node> > AutoFTP Backup > Log

Cause

Incorrect FTP server credentials

Resolution

1. Login to SolusVM admin panel
2. Browse to SolusVM > Nodes > Node > Auto FTP Backup and set the correct FTP server credentials:
