After migration of the old SolusVM master node not possible to view the statuses of slave nodes: Debug Error:4

Symptoms

After migration of the old SolusVM master node (SolusVM version less than 1.24.03) not possible to view the statuses of slave nodes - the following is shown in SolusVM > Nodes > any node:

SVM_ERROR: Debug Error:4

Cause

OpenSSL encryption introduced in SolusVM version 1.24.03.

Resolution

1. Connect to the new Master node over SSH.

2. Create backup of SolusVM database.

3. Remove file /usr/local/solusvm/data/use_openssl:

   # rm -f /usr/local/solusvm/data/use_openssl

4. Perform an upgrade to OpenSSL.
