Symptoms

JSON output is empty in response to SolusVM API call - for example List Clients - while XML response works correctly and shows the full output.

Cause

SolusVM bug with ID SVM-2979 which was fixed in SolusVM mainline update 1.24.16.

Resolution

Update SolusVM to the latest mainline version.
