SolusVM VPS restore from autoftp backup fails: Could not download the KVM config file from the FTP server

Symptoms 

SolusVM VPS restore from autoftp backup fails:

CONFIG_TEXT: Could not download the KVM config file from the FTP server

Cause

Temp backup directory set up for AutoFTP backup does not exist on the corresponding SolusVM node.

Resolution

1. Connect to the corresponding Node via SSH
2. Create a directory set up for AutoFTP backup:

   # mkdir /temp/directory/path

   Replace /temp/directory/path with the KVM/Xen Temp Directory specified at SolusVM > Nodes > Node > Auto FTP Backup
