VPS created in SolusVM 2 are not pingable from external hosts

Symptoms

VPS created in SolusVM 2 is not pingable from external hosts while it is possible to ping external hosts from VPS.

Cause

Disable ICMP reply traffic is checked in SolusVM 2 > Settings > Network Rules.

Resolution

1. Login to SolusVM 2 administrator area.
2. Open Settings > Network Rules.
3. Uncheck Disable ICMP reply traffic.

4. Click Save.
