Unable to use SolusIO: The number of cores in the cluster is higher than the amount specified in the license: 8 / 8.

Symptoms 

Unable to use SolusIO even though the CPU cores corresponds to CPU core number in the license:

SVM_ERROR: The number of cores in the cluster is higher than the amount specified in the license: 8 / 8.

Cause

SolusIO bug SIO-1794 which was fixed in SolusIO version 1.1.10029

Resolution

Update SolusIO to the latest mainline version.
